"It is a terrible area, with constant traffic, and roads always closed. As for the apartment itself, it was poorly cleaned, and dusty, especially under the beds. Lots of other people's hair on the floor. Dirty floors. The reception staff was very friendly and kind. "

Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Everyone I encountered was friendly and eager to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The location of Hotel Soft is simply fantastic. Being right next to the Old Town and New Town (almost half way between the 2) and just a few minutes away from the beach made exploring the area incredibly convenient. I was able to easily walk to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. This prime location was a huge plus and made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Soft to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the Old Town. You can live almost like the locals. The combination of sparkling cleanliness, a kind and helpful staff, and a superb location makes it an excellent choice. "

"The apartment was clean, linens appeared professionally laundered and very clean. Everything in the apartment was in working order. It wasn't the "Ritz Carlton", don't get me wrong. , It is a nice clean functional studioapartment good for long or short stay. In my humble opinion, it is a good budget option. The managers were responsive and available to answer any questions that I had."
