"Arrived Saturday night at Hotel Riva in Bardonecchia for sking on Sunday with my 2 children. Room hadn't been used for some time so dirty brown water came out of shower. Room was supposed to be tripple room to share with my children but side of shower has glass window into room so no privacy. Air conditioning in room very poor so I couldn't breath so disturned my children most of the nigth with breathing problems. Discovered Sunday afternoon that the resort was closed on Monday 8th and Tuesday...
