"Big and beautiful with multiple maintenance issues. One-way streets not marked, a drive to the beach. Well appointed kitchen but minimal hot water, none at all in one half. An alarm clock a few doors away was on for 3 days. "

"Fantastic strip if you want to be close to Tulum but far enough away to be quiet! Staff is absolute ace! Candy at the desk is awesome as is Juan our waiter. I cant wait to return! Rental car will go a long way to help avoid taxis. The cenote within walking distance was great. There are like 5 restaurants all within walking distance and each were nice if you dont rent a car"
