The customer service at the front desk and throughout the facility was something that you don't get many places - it was professional, sincere and efficient. They have a 24/7 airport shuttle that is so convenient and safe. Each employee I encountered was friendly, helpful and intent on resolving any issues. Highly recommend!"

"Family one night stay. Pool was cold, but hot tub was nice (no bubbles tho). Breakfast was decent/okay with a variety of food items (yogurt, toast, oatmeal, cereal, make your own waffles, bacon, coffee, juice, and milk. Room was old and not updated. Morning sunlight shines through random holes in the front door. Screen was not on the track of the patio sliding door. Seemed like a really run down hotel, that could use some fresh paint and updating. A huge plus was that beds were comfortable! "
