"We enjoyed our stay at the Langham but a few little details prevented this from being a five-star review. Some of the areas felt a little dusty and a little tired versus expectation of such a prestigious hotel. The bed however was extremely comfy and the shower one of the most powerful I've ever experienced. The staff were really courteous and friendly. "Lovely service and fantastic facilities in a very convenient location. What let it down a little bit were a couple of minor things such as the noisy cleaning staff in the corridor, and the extremely slow Wi-Fi. Overall though it’s a charming place with character."

"Hotel decor different from most modern hotels. If you like it, it’s ok ; otherwise you would feel it’s dated. Room size is good especially in Tsimshatsui area. Staff is helpful n courteous! I may stay there again next time I visit Hong Kong if the rates is still good compared to other hotels in or around the area!"
