"Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds. Fantastic location so close to the city centre and harbour yet so peaceful and quiet. We loved Split, fantastic history, very clean, beautiful to look at, friendly and safe. And even a beautiful beach for swimming. We would love to have stayed longer, we will return and stay in Villa Matejuska again."

"We got an upgrade when we checked in. The concierge was always helpful with dinner reservations. Service in general was 5 star. Rooftop was beautiful and dinner there was great. Excellent location. We were very very pleased with this hotel. "
