"Overall, my experience was great here. The location is walking distance for major shopping zones, public transportation, and local yatai hubs. The staff were super friendly, and helpful. The room amenities were great. I was doing the diamond tour of Japan as a first time visitor. So, I went from Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and finally to Fukuoka. It was only at Tokyu Stay that my room gave me access to a microwave, and laundry machine. This helps alleviate the burden of having to take care of these daily action items while on vacation. With such easy access to such amenities, you get to get back to enjoying your vacation that much faster. Would I recommend this hotel to a friend/family member? Definitely. "Nishitetsu Grand is a bit dated in terms of design. But it shines in other areas. Clean, relatively spacious rooms (standard twin rooms) and in a convenient location. Happy to return here when I'm back in Fukuoka."
