I understand there seemed to be a hockey tournament, but i had kids and teenagers running around all weekend, including kids camped out my door for hours playing video games in the hallway. Front desk staff were notified and nothing was done. Will not book here again.

Here's a polished version of your comment: Overall, my stay was pleasant. However, I did experience a minor inconvenience. The cleaner knocked on my door at 10am and, without waiting for a response, opened it just 2 seconds later to ask if I wanted to check out. This caught me off guard and felt a bit awkward. Perhaps a longer wait time or a clearer announcement would be helpful in the future.
