The staff were very friendly and helped out with everything! The room was very clean, the amenities were awesome (the shower was legendary), and everything had explanations in multiple languages. The public bath was extraordinary. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and staff, easy access to Shin-Nihonbashi and Mitsukoshimae stations was really great. Only issue really was that the shower head kept spinning to face the wall.

This hotel was renovated recently, so everything is very clean and polished. The A/C kept us very cool, spacious room for my spouse, teenager and myself, positively loved the spa facilities and the amenities provided, friendly and helpful staff and delicious Japanese breakfast. The neighborhood is quiet, but still had plenty of shopping and dining nearby and Tokyo Station, which was not too far away. We loved being in historic Nihombashi, where it was not so party-hardy as the Shibuya or Shinkjuku on the other side of town.

The area is a bit secluded and the rooms are a bit small compared to western equivalents, but services, staff, and room quality are spot on: the hotel restaurant food is excellent and relatively inexpensive; hotel staff were very welcoming and responsive; rooms were very clean and had plenty of amenities. Just watch your head every now and then.

Good location. About 5 mins walk to Mitsukoshimae station and about 17 mins walk to Tokyo station. Quiet neighborhood and room size is pretty decent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again if we come to Tokyo in the future.

This hotel was amazing. Staff was very friendly. We were able to store our luggage before checking in so we could sightsee the room was comfortable. The bed was so nice and so were the blankets near the train station would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.
