"Wonderful staff, clean and well stocked rooms (all the bathroom/hygiene amenities you could possibly need restocked daily in the bathroom), perfect location with the Yurikamome station right out the front doors, and a great buffet breakfast with many western and Asian offerings. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This was an amazing hotel! They are super friendly and accomodating. The room is a little on the warm side at 68 degrees and can get a little stuffy but they have loaner cooling fans that you can borrow if you find one on your floor. There is a lawsons on the second floor which is convenient if you need to pull cash before heading out for the day or if you want an easy dinner. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the people who ran it were so helpful, my husband sometimes uses a wheelchair and they learned what he liked for breakfast and would prepare it for him and bring it to his table for him each morning. Everyone was so nice, we were sad to go back home. The negative reviews I saw about this hotel were absolutely incorrect, nothing smelled like cigarette smoke and its not 90 degrees in the room. I am glad we didn’t change hotels because of the reviews."

"Great hotel in a prime location, especially for families with kids. Very convenient for going to Tokyo Disneyland / DisneySea — the hotel provides a free shuttle bus (remember to book very early). If you miss the booking, you can easily take the bus from Kinshicho Eki Stop, Tokyo Skytree Town ~ TDR bus to Tokyo Disneyland or Disneysea for around ¥1000, which I actually prefer as it’s more comfortable than the crowded trains and you’re guaranteed a seat. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel, including McDonald’s, Burger King, and plenty of convenience stores like 7-Eleven, Lawson, and FamilyMart. There’s also a shopping mall nearby with UNIQLO, GU, Daiso, and more. There is also the coin laundry nearby, which is very convenient for longer stays. It has a coin-exchange machine and even a shoe-washing machine, which is quite helpful. Tip: Don’t forget to request a Tokyo Skytree view room — the view is worth it!"

"The rooms were clean and the regular beds are large enough to share with a child (close to a full size) which was something I was concerned about. The Amenities are nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathroom comes fully equipped with mini sized bottles and grooming kits, which are nice quality. The gym has a daily fee (Yen 1,000) for a 24-hour period. The direct access to the train station was great, and there are several convenient stores close by and some great dining options in and around the hotel. "

"Everything is excellent. The front desk staff can speak English fluently. One thing I think it can be improved is the luggage delivery service. 8:30 am I asked the staff they said sorry the same-day-delivery was not available. Oh…"

"I love this hotel for its near distance to the metro station, convenience stores and the skytree town. There were also plenty of shops on the street to explore. As for the room, it was clean and comfortable. There were always empty toilets and bathrooms even though they were shared. There was a LUUP bike station just outside the hotel for a fun ride."
