For example, I had problems with wifi because I had to work, they came directly up to the room and helped me solve the problem. The staff in all functions were equally nice and helpful. Great rooms. "Horrible hotel. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The shower had now curtain so bathroom was flooded. None of the two restaurants had any food and I was told I needed to walk 1km to find a place to eat. The hotel is located around an industrial estate so clearly the hotel staff were fobbing me off. They need to update their website to inform guests of this and also let them know that they dont provide a shuttle to the airport. The taxi company they use rip tourists off by charging 3-4 times...
