"Our suite was very clean and well stocked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building was under remodeling, but that had little to no impact on our stay. In our suite, the water in the bath took an inordinate amount of time to get hot. The hotel elevators were extremely slow and there were long lines waiting for the elevators. "Parking was not convenient, affordable or well explained. I had a nice room with a beautiful view. The restaurant was awesome. Great food and great ambiance. My only complaint is having to valet and no onsite self parking option as well as the front desk person not doing a great job of explaining the parking situation. They also didn’t seem to have enough valet drivers as it took sometime to receive our vehicles. "

"My husband and I come and stay a few times a year. Everyone is friendly. However, the breakfast is getting to be old with serving the same items. Also, unfortunately didn’t get much sleep due to outside work going on right in front the hotel. Wish we knew before checking in especially the view wasn’t pleasant due to all the work equipment. "

"It was a nice little get away. My only issue, I am not sure if the hotel can do anything about it, was the noise in the evening. I am not sure whether it was the calypso or the bar/restaurant in the neighboring hotel, it was very loud. I wanted to leave the slide door open to sleep to the sound of the waves and a cool breeze coming in. "

"Jimmy in Maintenance was awesome! We had to move to another room because toilet was leaking. Jimmy took care of everything even retrieving the keys to new room. The lady at the front desk requested we come down to get keys. Jimmy saw we were loaded with luggage and helped us tremendously!!!"
