"Staff are helpful but property is not “luxury” at all. A major overhaul is needed. The least that could be done is to pick up the trash around the bldg and fix the two broken signs. Nobody at front desk when we arrived for 30-min. Couldn’t sell the bath towels at an auction if they were “free”. For $200/night you’d expect more. Avoid this property until improvements executed upon."

The manager did not reply to our email inquiries. There were ants in the room. The air conditioning unit does not have any labels, and the place was very hot. We did not enjoy our stay in this property."

"Felt at home right away! Hili Apts is in a perfect location, just a walk or short driving distance from the main section of Tiberius town. The apartment was very roomy, complete kitchen needs, awesome hot shower w excellent water pressure. Parking available on the property, which made it convenient for unloading of luggage and groceries. Anat the owner is a wonderful person. Will definitely stay here again!!"
