"Nice and quiet. The hot tub was out of service. That was somthing we were looking forward too. "

"We haven’t left yet, but thought we’d share how things are going. The check-in was smooth. We were able to check in early (for a fee). There is also a parking fee. There are plenty of carts to assist with luggage and coolers and such. There’s plenty of activities available (Magiquest, Build a Bear,waterpark, characters, bowling) and lots of on-site food and beverage options (sit down, ice cream, pizza), a gift store. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The property is slightly starting to show its age, but it’s well maintained. We added a few additional packages and ate, drank, and were merry. We had a ball with our almost 4 year old granddaughter. "

"We had a wonderful family vacation stay. Hotel is very clean, and beds were comfortable. We loved the views from the double balcony in the 2 king room family suit. Great location just outside the busy downtown TC. Pool and hot tub were clean and plenty of towels provided. Kids loved winning prizes in the game room too. Breakfast was delivered promptly to your room at your choice of time. Great recommendation for families. Would stay again! Thanks"

"I'll be completely honest, when i walked in to the creepy old maze of a hallway I was uncertain. Pinestead surprises! We stayed in a Kitchenette and none of us wanted to leave! Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and kind. Our room was spacious, cozy, and close enough to the beach to hear the waves! I am disabled and our room was close enough that i could manage to get too and from my car with only my cane (i definitely would have needed the wheelchair had i gone to the pool though as it was opposire end of hotel... but there ARE elevators to accomodate that!l I'm poor, so we would only revisit on off season... but we are already talking about making it our spring break tradition if we can afford it! We loved our weekend with Pinestead Reef! It was honestly, pretty close to perfect spot for us! "
