"The Bourbon Orleans is the perfect hotel for a French Quarter stay in NOLA. Perfect location within walking distance of everything on or near Bourbon Street. The staff was amazing and took care of our every need. Only one drawback: Water pressure and heat for the showers. You're gonna wait 10-15 minutes for the water to heat up. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay at the Bourbon Orleans."

"Very beautiful resort hotel. It feels like a real getaway. It’s like a gated community and you’re enclosed in on the grounds. The hotel resort has multiple buildings, so double check your room reservation. The Terraces building has a hot tub and unheated pool, which makes it a more quiet and peaceful area. There weren’t many people at the Terraces hot tub and pool. However, the water park area is very busy, crowded, and filled with families. It’s definitely a fun place for the kids to go, but you have to get there early to find a spot to set your stuff down. Overall, excellent experience. I really loved the gift shop too. Affordable prices and nice items. I bought a keychain, tea cup/coffee mug, and a magnet for my refrigerator. "
