By the way, Joey at the first hotel was amazing in customer service. He was always willing to help and assisted me with calling Expedia. He stayed by my side until I received the proper attention. Unfortunately the Lazy river was closed due to a hail storm the night prior. The front desk staff assured us it would be operational the next day and we would habe access until 4pm. We will definitely return for a longer stay. "
