"The property is starting to show its wear and tear with age, but the outdoor hot tubs make it all worth it. Most staff are fabulous. The walls are thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, good luck with your neighbours. The location is what makes this property amazing! It’s close enough to the village that myself and my 6 year old daughter could walk without issues, but shuttles are also another advantage. I would recommend. "

Something strange going on with the temperature of the room - it was way too hot in there and I had to constantly resort to turning on air conditioning to cool down the room when in fact outdoor temps were at -15/-20C.. very bizarre and very uncomfortable to sleep."

I know we have had a lot of snow recently and I have this same issue with my staff but the maintenance regarding snow removal needs to be more consistent.
