The lobby has a wow factor huge panoramic viewing balcony for the must have arrival photos. Check-in was fast and efficient and the staff oferred a variety of things to do including complimentary high tea, tea tasting, cookery class and a morning walk along the mountain. "The hotel and its staff are absolutely amazing. I have a severe nut allergy, so traveling to India is a bit nerve-wracking. Unfortunately, on the first morning, I had a reaction at the hotel breakfast. The staff sprang into action and got us transportation to the hospital. The F&B manager even came to the hospital to check on me. Luckily the reaction wasn't so severe, but the way the staff handled it was very impressive. Big thanks to Abel and the Port Muziris staff."
