This property is located directly on the coastal highway with excellent views of the bay. It's a quaint little property that is tucked into Thames. The property emphasizes eco-friendly protocals, which means that each unit is only alotted 40 liters of hot water at a time. This results in a 20 minute wait between showers. This wasn't a problem for us; however, larger families might struggle with this.
This is the 3rd time of staying at the beautiful property. The owners are very friendly, helpful and make your stay fantastic right from the minute you walk in.
Hope to see you again soon
Friendly and obliging staff. Great location just a few minutes from Thames. I would stay there again. Cottages were well set up with pleasant maritime themed decor. Comfortable beds. Up to date bathroom. Sunny cottage needs a new stovetop as it is old & takes ages to cook on & is therefore not really a full kitchen. One of the 2 cottages I paid for was rather musty because it didn't have windows in the bedroom to get the sun like the other cottage so needs a dehumidifier at least & a bit of renovation.
Nice location slightly out of town, so very quiet - unfortunately, this made me more aware of the creaking floor every time I moved, it made me feel sorry for the people below on the ground floor. The unit was generally run down, with a shower head at shoulder height (I'm pretty standard height, 5 foot 10) and slippery stairs to access. Might be a lovely overall experience in the summer months.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Been coming here for nearly 10yrs now and its in a steady decline. Only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper, no tissues anymore and alot of dust on the bench. Needed a good clean and a think about how much more cost cutting before you lose your old customers who expect better. Lucky its in a beautiful location! Not sure if we will be back.
There were rats or a possum scratching around in the ceiling of the unit we stayed in, but we were able to get shifted to another unit which was pest free. The shower in the unit we ended up in didnt drain properly so you ended up almost flooding the bathroom following a shower.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The location was good, close to town, nice grounds well kept. Room needed a deep clean - couch was dirty and smelly, duvet covers needed a good wash. Some units have a neat views of the sea, some units look over the back of a house. All very average
We had the front chalet which was clean, tidy, well equipped with a comfortable bed. Its location gave us a beautiful view of the water and sunset and made for a lovely way to end a great day. Will definitely be back
Seaviews and sunset views to die for. Awesome slice of paradise.

Sweet little place. Definitely needs an aircon, after a long trip we wanted to take a nap and the fans just didn’t cut it in 28 degree weather. Parking seems to be a problem, they should maybe think about painting parking lines as some guests cannot park straight. Amazing sun set views, friendly staff, convenient location.
