We had an issue with shared home, and she came immediately and handled in person and told me not to hesitate to call her, no matter what the time, she would come back to resolve issues. She was lovely! She has done a wonderful job making the home attractive and appealing, inviting. There were some minor issues that need maintenence, but they were superficial. There was an issue w hot water, tbh I forgot to discuss w her, so idk what the issue was. I could readily...
