"It was a great vacation. Everything went so smoothly and was so beautiful."

"We stayed at Casa Zamna, which is part of the Beach Club property in a junior suite. The service was impeccable, the food delicious and the property was very quiet and relaxed. It had a few small pools, numerous chairs and lounges, and a few eating options that were only open during the day. The other bonus was that if you like night life, there are several clubs within walking distance. Perhaps the only downside was you basically have one restaurant for dinner, Rosewater, but it was really good and you get ocean view dining. We did go to the main resort for a free hydrotherapy session that was really nice. The main resort is about a 15-20 minute shuttle ride away if you want more dining options or one of the several entertainment options like foam pool parties or a really interesting Mayan culture performance. As a Beach Club resident there are additional shuttles in the evening that allow you to enjoy dinner or entertainment. We also had Preferred Club access by staying at the beach too, so we made use of the quiet Preferred pool. We ate at Bluewater Grill and the food was good, although we liked Rosewater better. This resort is really based on personal preference. We enjoyed the quiet and laid back ambiance of Casa Zamna whereas if you want more options without a beach nearby, the main resort also seemed very nice."

"My husband and I recently went to TRS Yucatan and had a great time! The grounds are beautiful and massive! We liked how we had access to all 4 resorts, each with their own charm. The pools were clean and great, and the drinks were great. The food was among some of the best we've had at all inclusive in the past. Overall, great experience. My one critique would be dinner reservations and the butler services. It was extremely difficult to find dinner reservations (granted, we were a large group but we found similar issues when the group went down to 6 and then 4), We would try to make reservations with our butler and were told they were unable to make them. Then we would go to concierge in the lobby and they were able to make them. There is a lack of communication between the butlers and the reservation system they use is primitive. That being said, We HIGHLY recommend this resort and are planning on coming back!"

"I liked that the layout and style of the buildings. Only 3 stories high made it feel more secluded and not like a big resort complex. Also, the architecture looks more traditional to the area than some of those big resort complexes. Being on the beach was a plus in addition to the 2 pools. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. "
