I spent the first day in Tulum over 5 hrs just to get a hold of the property manager, their phone number was not working and they never message me back through the Expedia app. I even went to the property and found someone that lives there, she said there is different property managers for each apt so she had no idea how to help me. "A lovely modern little apartment in a good location for the town. Could use a couple of additions like a kettle and washing machine. Cleaner came every two days which was great. Swimming pool very small and that area doesn’t really get the sun so not ideal for sun bathing. Bit noisy outside during the day but quiet at night."
