"For an 11-storey building, it would have great if Toyoko Inn has at least 2 elevators. In times of covid/pandemic, it was difficult to have a crowded elevator each time. :("

"First, the entire staff were amazing. Professional, friendly, helpful during our entire stay. Only one real issue to make people aware of, if they decide to stay here. We had the standard room, which was fine, but the bathroom, if you have any mobility issues it might concern you. There is a one foot (12”) step up into a small bathroom, but the issue is with the bathtub. You have to lift your leg high to step over and into a deep tub, with no handrails anywhere to hold onto. If the bathtub floor...

"Looks like an older building but everything was clean and the amenities were good. The front staff were very friendly. The free welcome drink bar was a nice touch and 7-11 right next door if you need anything. Very happy with the stay, especially considering it was reasonably priced."

"Fantastic room (5th floor, 2 rooms on that floor) which is quite large, separate bedroom, living areas, and bathroom which has views, balcony views of Mt Fuji, beach, and Enoshima. Nice king sized bed, good tea and coffee machine, bathroom is huge with decent bath, shower, and views over bay. Good restaurants in vicinity (maybe 5 minute walk to the restaurant hub but Mosberger is next door). Choice of breakfast, we took the Japanese style which is pretty decent - fish, rice or rice...

"Good: - Very clean, exceptional views of harbor with the curved windows. The other room with bay views and balcony was also quite nice! - right near Minatomirai metro station - super clean and upscale - concierge staff was helpful in making dinner reservations since we didn’t have a tel number It’s about a 15m walk to Sakuragicho station but there are 2 Pokémon manhole covers you can spot along the way which is fun! The bed was comfy and large (king), the tub was huge, and they are eco friendly!"

"Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. My wife is a vegetarian so not quite as good a choice as it was for me.but still good. Hotel views are amazing. Close to Sakuragicho station and Minatomirai station. Yokohama is so underrated. As far as I'm concerned keep it that way. It's part of its charm. Would love to go back. Would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The lighting around the hotel area isn't that great out on the streets after 11pm... As usual, the spa area can be kept cleaner and not full of hair and stuff around. Could make the spa smell nicer would be great. The pay parking machines weren't working well... Couldn't pay with my credit card. So annoying. Needs to be upgraded or fixed. Allow other methods of payment would be nice. Elevator service needs to improve. Always crowded and busy. "
