"The purpose for our visit was to relax quietly after a busy 6 days in Tokyo and Kyoto and experience a traditional Japanese ryokan accommodation and that’s exactly what we got. Our room could not have been more spacious (we did have the largest room) with an indoor balcony with two chairs that looked over the small garden, a large sleeping space and separate private bathroom and porch area. "Excellent hot springs, food and room. The room was nice and clean. There are two major hot springs. One has many pools inside and outside which is nicely decorated with natural stones. The other one is inside and open 24h. It is really nice place to enjoy hot springs."

"Amazing hotel with friendly reception. Although quite far away from Toyama city center, in the middle of rice plantations, the hotel was nice with good dining. The big two storied room was clean and pleasant. They offer a Japanese yukata which you wear throug out your stay at the hotel. Good inner and outer Japanese style onsen were you can recover from your busy day."

"I visited the hotel around the same time last year while COVID was still a popular word. The service quality remains high this time though the price is higher which could be expected. "This ryokan was a top experience of our two-week trip in Japan. Such a charming and unique oasis and glimpse of traditional Japanese life. The rooms and facilities are even better than pictured. An onsen is included in the price, and you can go as often as you'd like. We highly recommend their nine-course meal that you can reserve (for an extra fee) up to two days prior to your stay.
