"I booked a triple room and had paid the full amount while booking online. I had informed xpedia about a 11pm check-in. The customer care assured me no problems. When I went there, the receptionist didn't know of any such booking. The manager demanded payment again and said he would refund us in the morning. Why should a customer have to pay twice for a booking? Do you think we are a joke? The staff wasn't respectful to my friends either, demanding Aadhar cards for proof in a rude manner when I...

"Nice to stay, issues with basic amenities like No Drinking Water, No Glasses, No Towel, No Soaps, No Geyser. Bed was good & comfy, AC was with power backup working. Breakfast & Tea not provided on time so we went out & had breakfast. TV & WiFi router present & was switched on but no channel & no internet. Ok for a simple stay with out above expectation. Staff behavior good. Room & Washroom was clean. Location was a good advantage. Near to the Shore Temple & beach & Bus-stand & food joints."
