They speak English well and theyve been so helpful with whats around the area as well as all around Taiwan. They have international power sockets too, which makes it easy to charge right away. "We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff was really lovely, patient and helpful. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)! "

"Fantastic and comfortable stay. Humble House is in a great location with shopping and dining right outside your door. Area is near Taipei 101 and all the shopping malls and tons of food options. Two metro lines within a few blocks and only a few stops to the Taipei Main station. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. "

"I had a 2 week trip in Taipei and stayed in 1 x 3 star, 2 x 4 star and a 1 x 5 star hotel. Overall, Grand Victoria had the best service and I believe value for money. Front desk was polite and courteous. They really go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.
