"Highly recommend. We stayed here for 6 nights while discovering the history of Sanliurfa travelling from the UK. The reception ladies welcomed us with warm cookies and a superb connecting room. We received a great service as staff were very helpful in our tourism pursuit from calling taxis to offering a local tourism map. "The hotel was nice and the rooms spacious and clean. The bed was relatively comfortable but the pillows stiff. A breakfast buffet was included and had a large assortment of food. The location is convenient with a 10 min taxi to most spots. The staff were all very friendly. "

"Nice hotel to stay in Mardin, the staff in hotel are so friendly and always ready to help with nice smile and the hotel is clean, special thanks for reception staff Kemal, Aziz, Ersin and Berivan and Ayman in lobby cafe and the security name Ramadhan helped me to get the bus to the airport and the house keeping staff, this all staff who make the hotel great to stay with high quality and comfortable, i'm really appreciate for all this people and all the staff in this hotel :)"

"The hotel is in a non-descript area. Very limited dining options within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The worst thing was that 4 out of 5 floors of the hotel are designated as smoking, and the rooms smell pretty badly (we had 2 rooms and they smelled just the same)."

"The room was too small, the bathroom shower, toilet and sink shared the same small space, and THE WIFI sucked. But, the bed was comfortable, the staff were nice, they took good care of my car and - OMG! - the breakfast was one of the best Turkçe kavaltı I have ever had. So, 5*"
