"I wanted a small breakfast but the waiter wasn't very helpful. I saw he was really nice with the regular customers of the hotel but not with me. I had to get my coffee from a machine which was not working properly.....not very good coffee but expensive breakfast"

"Property is very well suited for a traveller that needs easy access to the airport as it is basically around the corner of the airport. Staff is diligent and polite area has easy access to public transportation and Public Transportation in Zurich is fast and reliable. Zurich is a beautiful city looking forward to come back…"
