"The food menu was very disappointing especially when The Beige is isolated from town. Staff was warm and friendly however there should be training provided to them, it was mainly the communication, almost all staff were very weak in English. There should be a shuttle bus going to town because The Beige charges very exorbitant price to town, USD $20 per way for 25 mins ride-time. That means it is USD$40 for a return way!. I do love the tents are beautiful and very chic."

"This poor place is representative of the declining tourism in Cambodia. Although it was once a great hotel, we were the only guests. The staff were amazing and doing the best they could. "Screaming kids at the pool was a real problem. I called the front desk twice but after being told they would let them know to keep the noise down the noise continued. After being on a plane 24 hours I needed sleep so finally went out and at 9:30 pm took care of the problem. I have children and Grandchildren myself and understand kids are kids but the screeching was unexceptable. Other than that breakfast was good and also the room and staff were great."
