"Negative: though not the hotel’s fault but something to keep in mind. Some of the hotel guests can be a bit rude and self centered. I was next inline for check in but a hotel guest just walk right up to the counter from the side as I was about to take my turn. I also noticed some hotel guests can be very loud. "It's a really awful experience!! I booked two rooms, air conditioner for two rooms are not cooling at all. Outside temperature is 37 celsius degree, in the room is 29 celsius degree. It's really hard to stand in such a hot & humid surrounding in your own room. I didn't get any practical solution even ask front desk to do something. All I get the answer is in the late night hotel staff said they can arrange one room only. What a small chance it'd be happened the same problem in the two different...

"Hotel Clean, service very friendly. Very basic in terms of catering. No room service. And if you want dinner you have to go 2 minutes round the corner to the bigger Holiday Inn, which in all fairness does a good burger with friendly service. Breakfast is mainly Chinese with western option being toast, cereal and self serve coffee. Location is about a 10 minute walk from Lake Tai Hu, although that certain part is a so called Park and there is an entrance fee (I think around 20 kuai) Lots...

"This hotel is well situated near a large shopping center and a metro stop. Also, there are nearby bus stops as well. The hotel itself seems to be well-maintained and the room is mostly comfortable. I say mostly because it always seems so hot in the rooms, even in the dead of winter. I always have to ask for a fan to offset the heat. I adjust the thermostat, but it doesn't seem to help. The breakfast buffet that was included with my stay is mostly terrible; it's VERY Chinese/Asian style. ...
