I called the front desk and was told to bring it to the front desk, and when I did, they told me to come back tomorrow morning! I was angrily told that I had to leave. The facilities and breakfast are very nice, but the front desk staff made me very uncomfortable. I think it is a shame for a hotel to be made to feel bad by just one front desk staff member when the rest of the staff...
