The people were friendly and the food was good…but the room looked like nothing was renovated since the 80’s. The water stunk really bad must be bad pipelines and the stove did not work. I don’t think I would stay here again unless they do some major renovations.

If you’re not looking for anything fancy this is the spot for you. It’s central to everything & the property is quiet. The staff is also all very friendly. The food on the property is also really good.

Everybody was amazing even this keeps what the old Novo is zero complains. Doña Veronica is the best housekeeper and the people in the front desk and restaurant as well.
