"Great apartment, everything very modern, clean and comfortable. The area isn’t particularly attractive and is out of the city centre, but the U-Bahn station is only 5 minutes walk away with three lines taking you to Marienplatz or Hauptbahnhof in under 15 minutes. BMW World and the Olympic Park are only two stops away. Certainly worth the compromise on area to get accommodation of this standard at a bargain price. Highly recommended."

"We stayed for a week, trains easily accessible into Munich centre and shopping areas. The only thing that let it down was cleaning and changing bed sheets is done every 7 days and if you want it done sooner you have to pay to wash sheets yourself. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed was just two single beds pushed together with a single duvet each which in my opinion does not match the price you pay. The little stove tops were handy and really enjoyed the addition of having a fridge....

"The property was great to stay in. The interiors are modern and have been thought out for guests with storage, hooks, toiletries and a coffee machine. Access to emergency top ups was also excellent. Overall communication was good and very responsive. "New facility, and very nice inside. Location is good for access to the city and train station, though a bit seedy neighborhood. But just a few blocks to trains 10 minutes to Marienplatz area. Door entry system is bad, and if you didn't get the email with codes & details you will have a very hard time getting into the building, as there is no front desk and they're trying to do it all electronically. Bring a well charged phone, because you're probably going to need it to get in."

"So great, don’t hesitate. I think this will be the nicest most affordable and fun little studio apartment I’ll ever stay in. Everything was spotless and new. I made full use of the little kitchenette and I really loved the Brazilian themed decor. It’s a very close walk over the Danube River to the Ulm cathedral/center of town. During the check-in, the front desk man Lucas was friendly knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. Gustavo was great at check out. I’d definitely stay here again!"
