"Very dissapointed. Paid about €200 for a night, booked one family room, and got two separate rooms. There was no complimentary shower gel, no soap in one of the room, no bottles of water. Taps in sinks, bath and shower had not much pressure. TV in one room didn't work. Breakfast very poor and limited. Came by 9pm with 3 little hungry kids and the restaurant was already closed. Nice and huge bath in one of the room, like a little swimming pool. "

"From the incredibly welcome check-in to the check-out we have nothing but praise for this hotel. Sure, there will be improvements to make in the future, but the fledgling owners have hit the ground running and already set their standards high! The imposing Schloss is set in beautiful grounds and the rooms are clean and well maintained.
