"Had to charge room as window wouldn't shut tight so you could hear the noise from the carriage way and that was on the other side of the hotel, swapped rooms the next day and that was ok. Problem resolved quickly and staff very friendly."

"It was an amazing stay, staff lovely and helpful, food was great in restaurant, rooms were really nice too, only negative would be bathroom! Tiles broken on floor where toilet is and window need a blind or curtain as tge frosted stickers are peeling off and people can see into bathroom! However this did not take away from an amazing stay. Anyone using pool should probably be made aware pre visit that you need a padlock for lockers also."

"Booking was mixed up but quickly sorted. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Had an evening meal which was nice. The lady on breakfast service was lovely, nothing was a problem, breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from."
