Check in was stream less, bed was mostly comfortable pillows a little too soft. Property and room was clean. The only issue was the a/c heating unit making noise through the night, but not bad enough that I wouldn’t stay again.

Front desk staff was rude and tried to scam me out of my booking due to traveling with my service animal (which I noted in my initial booking!). I would not stay here again!

This Best Western is very handy for patients who may have early appointments at Bay State Medical Center, but it is also a very nice hotel, clean, staff is very friendly, nice breakfast offered. Plenty of parking, never had a problem with safety.

The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, however the air freshener used in our room was way too strong. We could smell it in the lobby area too, but not as strong.
