"All staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. The room was modern, pristine and had a great view to the marina. The restaurant was stellar: we had an amazing gourmet dinner there last night where we were pleasantly surprised with not listed appetizers, amuse bouche and deserts. The serving staff were true professionals. "Firstly it is not clear that a "standard"room has the bathroom outside but it is Expedia's fault. However, 24hr reception is not correct, had to wait 15 minutes on the phone and no one answered so had to call another property of the group to gain access.
