"From the very beginning we could tell the hotel was going to be terrible, we booked a pool view room and got a dank and dark ground floor room. We stayed five nights. We complained about the room on the second day because you could hear everyone else's septic waste running through our bathroom, very loudly. The gentleman really didn't care and did nothing about it, wouldn't even change our room, just said "it's the same in every room" . Every night until 1am the children of the family who run...
