"Small room but I knew this before my stay so it was no surprise, what did surprise me was the closet was quite spacious and the bathroom was as well. Overall a very comfortable stay. Vince is a great host. "

"Nice neighborhood, room was very clean and smelled lovely. Over all comfortable. Very loud though with traffic and the walls are paper thin. But they do provide earplugs in your room. I would recommend putting something on the floors to dampen the sound of every footstep on the stairs and hallways."

"Great stay! Beautiful place, clean and well maintained. 2 adults and 2 adult children, was tight but worked out well. Loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat! Was a quick drive to UW campus and loved the restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Beautiful neighborhood and felt safe!"

"Our stay at the high point guest house was very nice. The house was clean, neat and well appointed. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding. We were traveling with an elderly family member the only issue was the steep driveway in the rain. "

"As noted in the listing, they are rooms, but it's important to know before you go: the walls are very thin, we heard someone coughing in the next room, so, do not expect privacy for conversations etc., two towels for two adults for five days, if you need more than that, bring them. "No AC, room gets hot, plus they make a big deal if u have someone stay to visit. My cousin stayed to have some drinks with me and I guess that was breaking a rule. Worse place I have ever stayed at will not stay again there. "
