"Booked room with spa bath. Given room without and had to wait 1.5 hours for the room to be made available, Staff were pleasant about the situation and offered a drink while we waited. Breakfast was very good and staff on hand to assist where necessary. All in all a good place to stay. "

"We never actually stayed here because there was an unexpected water leak in the room, but I wanted to give 5 stars to the staff for their kind and timely handling of the problem. Their free parking was so nice, and the room was nicely furnished, clean, and updated. So I can safely say we would have been super happy staying here...but sometimes things happen.
