"We arrived at 10:30 at night, tired and dealing with family struggles and were greeted by a kind, compassionate front desk attendant, Britani, who went out of her way to help us. Because we have a handicapped plate and I have trouble walking, she went to the extra trouble to reassign us a room that was close to the elevator, rather than the one that was originally assigned to us that was at the end of the hall. I genuinely felt like she understood we were tired, struggling and did ner best to make our stay more convenient and comfortable."

"Very nice hotel with casino. Only 2 restaurants to choose from during weekdays. Fireside Grill was reasonable but the other restaurant was pricey. The buffet is only available on weekends. Customer service was excellent. "
