"We originally booked the hotel but ended up in their apartments - one apartment each. The rooms were spacious and actually exceeded our expectations. The beds were a little uncomfortable which was all that could be found wanting. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was okay but basic. The hotel itself is located south of the centre with a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The metro then takes you right into the centre of Milan (a 15 minute trip). Would we re-book if we were...

"Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us."

"Personnel is nice, but need to learn English language, since not whole world speaks Italian, i needed a place to stay for a decent price, sheets are clean, water is hot, and the rooms are tidy, this is all i needed. The place i had meeting @ was only 1,2 km away."

"Perfect! small but clean apartment, well equipped, I really liked the library filled with nice art books. Christina, is a very caring host. Note that this is not located in the center of Milan, it's in the south near Assago, but it is very easy to get there by bus, the ride is short. Close to large shopping center. Well secured, with parking, I would enjoy to stay at Milano Canal Apartments again."

"The service was good, fast and straightforward. The location is good if you are attending an event at the Congress Centre opposite to the hotel. However, it isn’t great if you arrive at night in public transport. "
