"The service from the staff was excellent, so welcoming and gave us a choice of rooms. They genuinely cared about our stay there and nothing was too much trouble. The room was fabulous, so comfortable and beautifully presented. It was lovely and quiet, no noise overnight. The location was excellent, lots of amazing restaurants nearby and good distance for walking to central Milan. Can’t fault this hotel, an amazing find, made all the more special by the service and friendliness of the staff. "
