"I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The front desk personnel were courteous. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered fried eggs, sausage, and potatoes in addition to the other breakfast items. The only unpleasant thing to me was the designated smoking area at the main entrance to the hotel. Perhaps the designated smoking area should be in a different location. "

"IRonda, Shyanne, and Jonathan rock! They made our stay by being so sweet, accommodating our extra requests, and making my kids laugh. We were here for being stranded after a minor accident and they made a bad situation a lot bettter. "

"The bathrooms could use a good deep clean - the door trims can use a good wipe down and the shower stall had some mold build up that could use a full steam clean. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is non existent. Option to get continental breakfast for $10 felt like a ripoff. The complimentary tea option -water was not hot but might have been sitting there for few hours. "

"The beds were so comfortable!!! The room was spacious my kids loved the bunk beds! However I don’t like that the front desk watches your every move! My kids went down for breakfast (kids that are of age and independent) and were being watched and questioned. They then went to the pool and were told they couldn’t swim without a parent. Not by a lifeguard but by the front desk watching them either through glass or on camera which again both are big of age and can swim very well! But we originally...

"The stay was very nice. However, when I booked the stay, I requested a room close to elevator, as I am unable to walk long distances. The room was not clise to elevator. I should have said something when checking in, but I didnt. Maybe they should work a little harder to accommodate handicap visitors."

"The property is nice enough considering the location and amenities of Greenville. There is a definite smell of smoking in the lobby as the casino is nearby. The elevators smell less so, and the halls even less. The room did not smell of cigarettes. There are not refrigerators in each room. Even when requested (and I was there multiple nights), one never became available. An issue with hot water (as in I had none) was “resolved” in an hour, then had to be fixed again the following morning. "
