"There was a dispute between the check-in clerk and a customer. The customer was obviously distressed. She was crying about a billing error. The manager and clerk were both dismissive and abrupt with her. I did not know the reason but the manager should have taken the customer to a private area. It was quite uncomfortable standing there was the lady proceeded to cry and cry."

"Room was pretty good AC was on 65 when we arrived in the middle of November. Sheets were still damp from being cleaned and the room had a damp musty smell to it. Room aside staff were friendly and sweet, and the breakfast had some excellent options including eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, and waffles! Much better selection than most complimentary breakfast’s at other hotels at a similar price point. Minutes away from Tanger outlets and OWA! This is a hidden economical gem only $172 for two nights where most others are $250 "
