The attendant at the front was having issues with the computer and asking management for help, but they failed to give him any solutions and he had to figure it out himself. Very nice at the front but not well equipped. In the room the AC barely worked, we looked down at the filter and it was CAKED in dust and looked like it was never cleaned. "The room itself was fine, and the breakfast offered in the morning was very nice. The only issue I had with the hotel was that the automatic door walking into the hotel wasn't working, so there was a sign for customers to slide it open manually. That was a bit of a struggle for us in our 60s carrying luggage! It was very hard to open, and the temperature was in the teens, and the wind was blowing.
