"We had a few minor details that didn’t affect our overall impression and would still stay again. We had requested during reservation a high floor, and instead we got placed on floor 3. The in-shower amenities were there, but empty. And there was a wet spot on the carpet in the main area where something had been spilled or cleaned, not sure. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the art gallery. The front desk provided champagne at check-in. Parking was tight but there was plenty. Breakfast was just...

"We got the lake view room on the 5th floor with balcony. Very nice view of the lake. Our room was wonderful. I love it! Friendly hotel staff . The hotel is near restaurants , bars, and shopping. Overall the hotel is great! Highly recommended when you visit Lake Geneva. "
