"The staff went above and beyond for me. I had gotten sick when I was staying there and they accommodated my needs to help me recover .... the chef made me something I could eat. Dennis at the Front Desk was wonderful. Martin delivered things I needed as well as Dennis. The hotel manager, assisted in my recovery. I would highly recommend this hotel. I also loved how safe I felt staying here. "

"This was a staycation for me and my lady, Twas her Birthday. I was greeted by the front desk by a woman Named Trish, she was wonderful and made this trip 5 stars from the start. Very friendly very accommodating, even helped with ideas to surprise my lady for her birthday. Perfect place to stay, I can go on and on about this Hotel. MUST STAY IF YOU visit Houston, walking distance to anything you’d need or want to see, rooms were perfect size and aesthetic. Very clean, and it had tons of history."

"Amazing! Marc Anthony at the front desk was awesome, attentive, courteous, and genuine. Melvin, the bartender at Bar San Luis was equally amazing. We enjoyed the VIP package and the view from the room and balcony was amazing. Yeah....everything was amazing. I treated my wife and mother-in-law to a much needed weekend. They enjoyed tbemswlves . 🙏❤️ It was all decked out for Christmas. The whole hotel smells like a spa. We'll be back"
