"We had a great time at the hotel. It’s so convenience to have transportation from and to the parks. The busses are constantly running so we never have to wait more than 5 minutes. The only thing is that it seems like the walls are very thin and you can hear all the noises from above and next rooms. "

"Lovely hotel, pleasant staff member checked us in, ensuring we understood everything and giving us the opportunity to ask any questions (something we were grateful for as First-timers at Orlando and found generally lacking at Universal compared to our previous week visiting Disney) Only gripe is we paid for a room for 5ppl but the 5th bed wasn't automatically supplied and instead had to be requested with an additional fee of $35. I am not sure where the fifth sleeper is expected to sleep but...
