"Lovely hotel. Food was top class and service was excellent. Would highly recommend. The only negative was the heating. Heating only came on at certain times and as the weather was pretty bad when we were there, the room was quite cold at times. "

"We got a free upgrade on our room which was a Fantastic start to our stay. They also left a beautiful happy birthday note for my husband and chocolates. Such a thoughtful gesture. The male bar staff were in particular so polite and genuinely helpful. They gave me a large bottle of table water to bring to my room complimentary when I asked if I could buy a bottle of water. Our room was huge with a balcony. We used the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and tropical shower with the LED lights. So cool! We had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend this super friendly hotel. "
