"The property is very well located, there's lots to eat nearby and places to visit. Downtown Birmingham is not that that far. The Zoo and Science Museum were pretty close. The property was very cleaned and the pool was a delight. The only thing I didn't like was the front desk service. The attendant there seemed to have an attitude of get out of my way type of thing. He did comply with my requests but was always in a hurry to get me out of the way. I would suggest taking a different approach."

"Room was fine, but I had requested a handicapped accessible room, but my husband couldn’t use the shower because it was not a walk/roll in. Plenty of safety bars, but he still couldn’t use it. It was frustrating. "
